Day 01
Arrival: 15 -20 Minute drive: AIT representative will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transport you to your Kathmandu hotel. After having formal introduction, you are being served with welcome drink at the hotel. They will give you helpful tips for your time in Kathmandu. O/N Hotel
Day 02
Kathmandu sight seeing Tour & Trekking/climbing preparation: Today after breakfast we will start a guided tour to several major historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. After completed city tour In the afternoon, there will be a pre-trip discussion where we can meet our trek leader and other team members. Adventure International Trekking briefs you regarding your trek & expedition as well as provides you opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding your upcoming expedition.
Day 03
Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding:35 minutes flight and 3-4 hours hike. Early morning transfer you to Tribhuvan Airport by a Twin Otter flight to Lukla together with your Guide and Our other AIT,s trekking crew at Lukla will receive you. After final preparations, the trekking starts passing Chaurikharka village, and makes a descent towards the Dudhkosi Ghat (2,530 meters). The trail follows the precise edge of the Dudhkosi river until reach at Phakding. This first day is short for acclimatization reasons.
Day 04
Phakding to Namche Bazzar: 5-6 hours. Follow the Bhote Koshi through forest and pasture land, along a valley dotted with small Sherpa settlements. Cross the Bhote Koshi and climb steeply along switch-backing trail to large Sherpa village, views of Everest (8,848m) and Lhoste (8,511m) come into sight. This prosperous town is the largest in Khumbu. A traditional trading center, the Bazaar is held every Saturday. The goods on display are available. Thamserku (6,648m) and Kwangde RI (6,224m) become visible to the east and west, and the sacred mountain Khumbila (5,707m) dominates the skyline to the north behind the village.O'N stay at Namche Bazzar (3440 m.
Day 05
Namche Bazar. Acclimatisation day: which gives us time to explore the bustling local market or enjoy an excursion towards the village of Thame or Khumjung.
Day 06
Namche Bazar - Phortse Thanga (3600 m) in 5-6hours: Beautiful view of the Tengpoche monastery and the verdant Phortse plateau on east. Stunning vista of the Thamserku (6608 m) and Kang Taïga (6685 m) on south-east and the Taboche (6367 m) on north-east.
Day 07
Phortse Thanga - Dole (4040 m) - Machhermo (4410 m) in 5-6hourd. Rhododendrons forests give way to junipers and tall conifers. After Dole the landscape gets rocky. First sights of the Cho Oyu (8153 m).
Day 08
Machhermo - Gokyo (4750 m) in 4-5 hours: We follow the immense frontal moraine of the Ngozumpa glacier to the Gokyo lakes. Climbing up we will discover one by one those emerald drops lost into black rocks and snow.
Day 09
Gokyo Peak ascent (5480 m) in 5-6 hours: A breathtaking 360 º view with Lhotse, Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu, four of the forteen 8000 m on earth, dominating the myriad lesser peaks.
Day 10
Gokyo - Nyimagawa (5050 m) in 5-6hours: Crossing through moraines of the terminal spit of Ngojumpa glacier. From Thagna, climb up through gentle and grassy slopes to the foot of the Cho La.
Day 11
Nyimagawa - Cho La Pass (5420 m) - Dzongla (4840 m) in 5-6hours: The steep trail goes through blocks of rocks. After the pass, we shortly cross an easy segment of the glacier then descend towards Dzongla.
Day 12
Dzongla - Base Camp (5350 m) in 4 -5 hours: From the Base Camp, situated beside a lake, we can enjoy stunning vistas of the Ama Dablam and the Taweche.
Day 13
Base Camp - High Camp (5850 m) in 5-6hours. Through snowy slopes, we step onto a ridge overhanging the Khumbu and Lobuche glaciers. Setting up fixed ropes is sometimes necessary (slopes with a gradient about 45 to 50 degrees).
Day 14
Lobuche Peak ascent (6119 m) and backwards to High Camp in 8-9hours: Steady progress on the final ridge towards the summit, we can come across few crevasses.
Day 15
High Camp - Extra Climbing day

High Camp to Pheriche and day rest & relax
Day 17
Pheriche - Tengboche: 5-6 hours. The trek retraces halfway back and lunch at Pheriche. Finally the trek continue via Pangboche (3,860m), which lies on the bank of Imja Khola onwards hike to Tengboche .O/N Lodge at Tengboche.
Day 18
Tengboche- Namche Bazaar: 6-7 hours. Now the trail retraces the same way back, stopping at Tengboche. During the November-December full moon the colorful Mani Rimdu festival is held here with much singing and dancing. Over night in Namche Bazaar (3,420m).
Day 19
Namche Bazaar- Phakding to Lukla 7-8 hours. Today the trail steeply descends to the Hillary Suspension Bridge and then continues on an easy natural trail passing through phakding and Overnight in Lukla (2,852m).
Day 20
Lukla- Kathmandu: 35 minutes. After an early morning flight to Kathmandu, you'll transfer to your hotel. Finally there'll be an evening celebration dinner together.
Day 21
Departure: You could catch up on some last minute shopping, Internate to your friends and family before departure to Airport or onwards to your next destination.
