Day 01
Arrival in Kathmandu: Adventure Int’l Trek (AIT) representative will greet you at Tri-Bhuvan International Airport and transport you to your KATHMANDU hotel. After having formal introduction, you are being served with welcome drink at the hotel.
Day 02
Kathmandu sight seeing tour & trekking preparation: Today after breakfast we will start a guided tour to several major historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites; including the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati Nath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swayambunath) and Buddhists shrine (Buddha Nath) which is one of the large Stupas in the world. After completed city tour In the afternoon, there will be a pre-trip discussion where we can meet our trek leader and other team members. Day 03
Kathmandu to Lukla 35-40m flight: Early morning flight to Lukla (2800m) Start first days walk through forests and small villages. You will descend slightly, following the Duhd Kosi River, passing scatted houses.The final leg climbs a staircase up to Phakding. A village set at 2800m.
Day 04
Phakding to Namche Bazzar 6-7 hours: Follow the Bhote Koshi through forest and pasture land, along a valley dotted with small Sherpa settlements. Cross the Bhote Koshi and climb steeply along switch-backing trail to large Sherpa village, views of Everest (8848m) and Lhoste (8511m) come into sight. This prosperous town is the largest Khumbu. A traditional trading center, the Bazaar is held every Saturday. The goods on display are available. Thamserku (21886'/ 6648m) and Kwangde RI (6224m) become visible to the east and west, and the sacred mountain Khumbila (5707m) dominates the skyline to the north behind the village. Night stay at Namche Bazzar(3440m).
Day 05
Namche Bazzar Explore: Rest and acclimatization at Namche Bazaar. A pleasant day can be spent exploring the village, talking to the Sherpas and marveling at the incredible scenery. A hike to the Everest view hotel for excellent lunch with Everest view. The rest day is intended for acclimatization purpose.
Day 06
Namche Bazzar to Dole 7-8 hours: After breakfast, we descend to the west of the village down the broad valley leading to the Dudh Kosi River. The Gokyo route is turn north, climbing above the more frequented route to Tengboche and Everest Base Camp. Here's choice of routes in the beginning: the yak trails which climbs gently or the steep staircase-like trail made of rocks embedded in a narrow cleft in a large bounder, the two trails soon join and continue towards a large Chorten on the top of the ridge at 3973 meters. This ridge descends from Khumbila 5716m), abode the patron god of the Khumbu. From the ridge, the trails descends in a series of steep switchbacks down a sandy slope to the Dudh Koshi and we'll be spend Overnight in Dole.
Day 07
Dole to Machermo 5-6 hours: From Dole the trail climbs to Lambara at 4220m and Luza at 4360m. The tails is steep in most places as it climbs through scrub junipers. There're kharkas whenever there is a flat spot and the slightest hint of water. People from Khumjung own all the kharkas on this side of valley. The trails continue to climb along the side of the valley, high above the river, crossing sandy spurs to Machhermo at 4410 meters. It was in Machhermo in 1974 that YETI killed three yaks and attached a Sherpa woman. This is the most credit yeti incident ever reported, so be watchful as you visit this reason. O/N in Macchermo.
Day 08
Machermo to Gokyo 5-6 hours: The trail climbs a ridge for an excellent view both down the valley to Kantega and up towards Cho Oyu (8153m). Beyond the ridge the valley widens as the trail passes through Pangka at 4390m then descends to the river bank before beginning of climb on to the terminal moraine of the Ngozumpa Glacier.It's a steep climb up the moraine, switch backing alongside the stream to the first small lake at 4650m, where a family of green Braminy ducks resides. The trail now becomes almost level at 4690m and finally Gokyo at 4750m. O/N in Gokyo.
Day 09
Gokyo Explore: After breakfast, trek around Gokyo Ri, the views in the Gokyo region are tremendous. For the best view, climb to Gokyo Ri, the small peak above the lake. This peaks of 5318m, it's a 2 hours climb to the top of the peak, providing a panoramic view of Cho Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cholatse and Twachee. Those with more time and engery can make a trip up the valley to another lake marked with the name Ngozumpa on the maps or even beyond to a fifth lake. There're several small peaks in this region that offer vantage points for the surrounding peaks. O/N in Gokyo.
Day 10
Gokyo to Dole 5-6 hours: Today you will take same way trails back down to Dole.
Day 11
Dole to Namche Bazzar 6-7 hours: Hiking through the View of Tengboche monastry is on of the famous Monastry in Khumbu Region. from Dole trek through monla and you will reach to Namche Bazzar for O/N Hotel.
Day 12
Namche Bazzar to Lukla 7-8 hours: Today all the way trek back to Lukla crossing Hilary bridge and Phakding and onwards walk to Lukla For O/N Hotel in Lukla.
Day 13
Lukla to Kathmandu by flight for 35 minutes: Transfer to your hotel from Airport. O/N Hotel in Kathmandu. Evening group celebration Dinner.
Day 14
Departure: You could catch up on some last minute shopping, Internate to your friends and family before departure to Airport or onwards to your next destination.
